• The United States Patent and Trade Mark Office Issues a Patent to Biocognisafe for the "Method and Apparatus for Generating an Indication of a Level of Vigilance of an Individual"MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Sept. 29, 2008) - Biocognisafe Canada Inc. is pleased to announce that the United States Patent and Trademark Office has issued notification that it will issue a patent on October 14th 2008 for the company's "Method and Apparatus for Generating an Indication of a Level of Vigilance of an Individual" under patent number 7435227.
